To be the creative curator for the cocktail program for Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbor’s three bars.At all times you must be representative of the qualities of someone delivering luxury serviceProvide warm, welcoming service without compromise to all guests. Demonstrates  and exemplifies the essence of the Sofitel luxury brand through our values of, A Passion for Excellence, The Essence of Plaisir and The Spirit of Openness.To assist the Outlet Manager in the planning and opening of the outlet, and all other supervisor duties (i.e authorisation of timesheets, cashiering duties, and close of shift duties)Work cohesively as a team member.Report to the outlet manager at all times during the rostered shift and complete all duties assigned.Ensure outlet is fully stocked at all times, and mise en place is at appropriate levelsReport any discrepancies in stock control to Outlet Manager and Food & Beverage Operations ManagerMaintain product knowledge of all menus and wine lists in order to advise and make recommendations to guests. Use every opportunity to upsell and maximise sales.Serve items with flair and professionalism according to standards set by the Outlet Manager.Accuracy of cash / credit handling and register operations.Attend to guest’s requests quickly and efficiently, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.
